Pre-Order Items
Some products offered on our website are pre-order items. Estimated arrival windows will be listed on the product page when available.
- Orders that include a pre-order item will ship together once all items are in stock.
- In-stock items within the same order will be held and shipped once the pre-order item arrives.
- Once the pre-order item reaches our facility, the full order will be shipped promptly.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or carrier delays.
Giveaway Entries
Pre-order items do not affect your giveaway entries. All entries are officially recorded based on the date your order is placed, not when items ship.
Split Shipments
If you would like in-stock items shipped before the pre-order item arrives, please contact us after placing your order.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
- Split shipment requests must be approved prior to shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Volent Approach are final sale. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions only:
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Exchanges are like-for-like only (same item, different size if available)
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items with tags removed
- Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, improper handling, or washing contrary to care instructions
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please email VolentApproach@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- The requested size (subject to availability)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.
