SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The “Volent Approach 1997 Yamaha Banshee & $2K Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on July 22nd, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on September 22nd, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The website timestamp will serve as the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY-The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry (“Entrant”).
Entrants must have a valid U.S. government-issued ID and a valid U.S. Tax Identification Number for Sponsor to report potential tax liability (as outlined in the “Prize Claims” section). Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of each are not eligible.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER
- Purchase: To enter the Sweepstakes by making a Purchase, visit www.volentapproach.com (the “Website”) and purchase a minimum of $1 worth of product by following the instructions to add the product(s) to your cart. When done purchasing product(s), click the shopping cart icon, select your payment method and complete the transaction by following the instructions on the Website. Upon completing your Purchase and receiving your Purchase confirmation, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every $1 spent (excluding tax and shipping). Example: An Entrant who purchases $1 in product will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. An Entrant who purchases $36 in product will receive thirty-six (36) entries into the Sweepstakes. Entrants may achieve the number of entries via multiple Purchase transactions, the AMOE, or a combination of the two (2) entry methods. Any attempt to obtain entries by purchasing and returning product will void all the Entrants entries and result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may offer additional entries (“Multipliers”) via Purchase during specific timeframes of the Sweepstakes. Those offerings will be posted at the Website.
- Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter the Sweepstakes without making a Purchase, Entrants may enter for free, by mail as follows: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number(area code), date of birth, email address and why you want to win this giveaway price(minimum of 200 characters).: Mail the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: “Volent Approach 1997 Yamaha Banshee Giveaway 4440 W. 2650 N Lehi, UT 84043, (the “Mail-In Entry”). Mail entries must be postmarked by September 22nd, 2025 and received by September 27th, 2025 to be considered eligible. Each mail in is considered five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes*. Multiple entries submitted by a single Entrant in the same envelope will not be considered eligible. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entries. All entries submitted by mail become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged mailed entries.
*During the time frame in which Multipliers are offered via Purchase, AMOE entries (follow directions for AMOE entries above) with the words “ADDITIONAL ENTRIES” hand-written in the bottom left-hand side of the card/paper will earn “ADDITIONAL ENTRIES” if their entry is postmarked on the specified date(s). If the “ADDITIONAL ENTRIES” offer falls on a Sunday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked the Monday immediately following the offer. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of the e-mail address connected with the email account from which the Purchase was sent. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. An Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the Entrant is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the entry. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter this Sweepstakes using multiple/different accounts or any other methods may void the Entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Use of any automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result in disqualification. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunication malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Late entries or entries sent via any other method then those stated above will not be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
On or about September 28th, 2025, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted by an independent administrator, and their decision will be final.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 1–3 business days. Sponsor will attempt to reach the winner twice; failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

PRIZE CLAIMS
The selected winner must complete and return the following “Required Documents” within seven (7) days of notification:
• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability and Publicity Release
• IRS Form W-9
Failure to provide valid documentation in time will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. The Grand Prize Winner must report the prize to the IRS as income and will be responsible for any applicable taxes.

GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a 1997 Yamaha Banshee (vehicle) and $2,000 in cash. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5000
The winner must present a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and meet all state/local laws for vehicle ownership and operation. Sponsor will arrange delivery within 90 miles of the winner’s legal residence within 90 days of verification. If delivery fails, the prize may be forfeited.
No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Accept prize “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if technical problems or other factors impair its integrity.

DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Utah. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Utah, and all claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.
