Do you guys do the drawing of the winner yourself? 

No, we will use a 3rd party app that will generate a winner for us. 

How do you notify the winner? 

We will facetime/call the winner and if they don't answer we will follow up with an email. WE WILL NEVER REACH OUT BY SOCIAL MEDIA. We will make 2 attempts before disqualifying you. Check the Official rules for more info. 

What if I don't live near your location, how can I claim the giveaway price? 

The rule states, if you don't live within a 90 mile radius we will deliver the giveaway price to you. That is something we can workout with the winner. 

When will my order be shipped? 

Our goal is to have your order packaged, sent to the post office, and on its way to you within 3 business days of you placing your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders can also be delayed by merchandise that is still under production or if we have delays from our supplier. 

My package got sent back, am I still entered in the drawing? 

Definitely! Merchandise delivery and contest entries are two completely separate process. 

I picked the wrong size/color/item on the order I just submitted? 

Please send an email to VolentApproach@gmail.com if you need to change any size, colors, choices, etc on any order you have placed in the last 24 hours. If your order has already been prepared for packaging and shipment, you will need to follow the exchange process. Please see the return/exchange page for more information. Remember we can only exchange or add to your order. We can not cancel items. Please include your name and order number in your email correspondence.
